Dr. Macayla LaChance PT, DPT, CSCS, CIDN is a licensed physical therapist at Connecticut Physical Medicine. Macayla is an experienced clinician in rehabbing both orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. She has years of experience treating non-surgical and surgical orthopedic conditions, chronic low back and neck pain, and nerve dysfunction. Macayla has advanced training in the management of concussion, migraine, cervicogenic dizziness/dysfunction, and vestibular conditions. As a collegiate runner herself, Macayla has also extensive training in the management of gait and running mechanics. Macayla attended Springfield College for her undergraduate degree and continued there to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Macayla integrates both manual therapy, functional movement, and therapeutic exercise in the individualized treatment of her patients. Macayla is certified in dry needling, myofascial cupping, and graston technique to alleviate musculoskeletal and nerve pain.
